Jill Kay is a Functional + Holistic Nutritionist and the owner of Down to Earth Wellness.
Jill helps active and outdoorsy women who are feeling burnt out to slow down and tune into their body, reduce stress, increase energy naturally so that they can feel energetic, healthy and live life to the fullest.
At one point Jill burned the candle at both ends and burned herself out. She experienced lot of fatigue, high stress and a pile of health complaints. Jill tackled her health concerns with a holistic and functional approach and nowadays she is much healthier and happier from the inside out. This is one of the main reasons that she wants to help her clients overcome their fatigue and feel their best!
Jill helps her clients, by providing 1 on 1 personalized coaching, group programs, workshops and valuable online content. She’s worked with hundreds of women and has seen powerful transformations over the years!
And when Jill’s not working with clients or creating helpful online content, you can find her out hiking in the forest with her dog or hanging at home (#introverting), or planning a new travel adventure!
